Creativity is an important ingredient for sustaining organisations, even (or perhaps especially) engineering organisations. It is the source of inspiration, excitement and innovation. Improperly harnessed, it can also be a source of chaos, conflict and confusion. As a former comedic improvisor, I bring my own hands-on perspective and techniques to the task of supporting creativity in my teams. I'm also here to hear about what's working, or not, for you. In these sessions, we will touch on a few areas that I have found particularly fruitful: - The four rules of improv and how they unlock collaboration and empathy - Breaking down silos and boundaries with play - When to apply different mindsets to a problem I look forward to engaging with you on this fun and important topic.
