I have been working in startups in Silicon Valley for most of my career. I am currently working at a high growth company (Quizlet) as a Senior Engineering Manager of the Mobile teams. My passion is in creating and building engineering teams that are high functioning. I also spend a lot of time thinking about process and creating data that tells a story about the work you do. I have worked in dysfunctional companies so have a lot of experience dealing with difficult situations. Quizlet is a high functioning company that prides itself in putting people first, which is the key to building a successful company.
