Sri gave me lots of good advice and I really enjoyed our conversations. If I had to pick one topic we discussed, it was his suggestion to get to know my team members on a personal level. It's been challenging during the past year while working from home, but I've been trying to spend more 1:1 time discussing personal matters and I think it's making a difference. I would highly recommend speaking with Sri.
