I am Srinivasa Kanduri, a Vice President Engineering at Shape Security, now part of F5 Inc (acquisition) as a Sr. Director of Engineering. I lead a team in the areas of security and distributed cloud. My current role also involves managing engineering, PMO, and engineering productivity. In addition, I am a member of the Cybersecurity for Executives Advisory Council at California State University, Chico. I am also a mentor at Plato, where I provide technical leadership, people, and project management guidance to engineering and product leaders. I have extensive experience in the cybersecurity space, having previously served as the Vice President of Engineering at Shape Security. In addition to my professional work, I am passionate about mentoring and helping others grow. I enjoy spending my free time researching the latest technologies and keeping up with industry trends.
