Circle Description

I am Monica Bajaj, currently Senior Director of Engineering at Workday. At Workday, I own Product and Engineering and responsible for creating and building a Community Product that can server internal and external customers. My niche is building engineering teams (Development and Quality) from inception and taking them to the next level. My experience spans across various technology industries such as Ultimate Software, NetApp, Cisco, Perforce where I had an opportunity to work across multiple industry domains. Apart from work, I am very active around volunteering . I serve on the Board of WomeninLocalization (a global non-profit organization) as a Technology board member and Chief Compliance Officer. Fun fact about me: I am an artist, scout mom and an avid gardener where I learn my leadership lessons.
