I'm excited to mentor the Designing Efficient Teams & Orgs for Eng Directors Circle. I've built and scaled teams of all sizes (from 10 to 1k), and am familiar with the challenges of managing a large and complex organization. I can help participants detect the signs of a broken org shape, and provide guidance and insight on how to create an efficient team that works together.
