What We Announced

"We're excited to announce a significant evolution of the Plato platform, following five years of valuable insights and iterations. Aimed at better serving our community of mentors and mentees, we've introduced numerous enhancements to our service. Here's a quick overview:"

1. Fairer Revenue Model: We've shifted our financial model to a revenue-sharing system to better reward our mentors, who are key to the community's success. We anticipate this change will enhance engagement and reliability, providing a better experience for everyone involved.

2. Broader Learning Opportunities: To cater to diverse learning styles, we're introducing Circles, a new cohort-based mentorship product, alongside our 1-1 mentorship offering. Circles will foster a supportive environment where groups can learn and grow together under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.

3. More Flexible Usage Approach: We're saying goodbye to our seat-based model and introducing Plato credits, giving you greater control over usage and costs. These credits can be used to register for Circles or mentorship sessions.

4. Advanced AI Features: We've integrated AI to improve user experience. Features include call summaries for easy post-session review and chatbots to help you learn more about our mentors, thus enabling more informed choices for your learning journey.
