Working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders

Circle Description

This group is primarily for PMs who want to improve their effectiveness in working with different stakeholders across teams, both internal and external. PMs interacts with people beyond the core development team of Engineers, Designers, Researchers, and other Product Managers. They have to understand their business partners internally in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Legal as well as external partners. That's a lot to juggle and super rewarding when you can do that effectively.
