Working with Sonali has been one of the highlights of my career. Her leadership has transformed the team working in silos to one strong unit. Her passion and positive approach towards work is unbeatable. She brings in tremendous energy and drive in the responsibilities she takes. While she is able to give her best to the current priorities, at the same time she doesn't lose focus on the long term goals and maintain persistence in realizing them. Sonali has always inspired me with her style of "soft spoken but firm", "good listener but quick decision maker" !!
She is a visionary and a role model in leadership. She is a great mentor and excellent leader. She had shown exemplary management skills in a highly stressful and challenging situations. She has a great attention to detail and is known to make the right business decisions.

I think I made the best decision of my career to work with Sonali. Everything she mentioned to me that was a possibility ended up being true. She provided me with the leadership opportunities and challenges I was looking for, stretched my abilities and grew me in multiple dimensions, and at present I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my career.
Sonali has instilled in her teams the core tenets of being customer focused, impact driven, and being nimble in execution. She has elevated our operational effectiveness through various means including but not limited to:
More effective execution through better processes and frameworks
More effective stakeholder engagement and communication through multiple tools
Increased accountability through multiple effective processes
She has provided me with the right level of guidance in each project that my teams and I took on. In the early days, for example, she would sit in with me in important meetings and guide me through important decisions. She provided me with guidance to effectively manage large projects across multiple orgs, more effectively communicate with stakeholders, and provided valuable insights in terms of multiple important technical decisions. I have also learned to be more assertive observing her work and interacting with multiple executives.
This probably extends more generally to her effective communication skills. Through direct feedback and observing how she interacts with executives and develops her proposals, I have improved my written communication. This has not only resulted in stylistic improvements but also in a more organized way of thinking. She also coached me to be resilient and not take rejections personally. She coached me on how I could effectively keep stakeholders informed, develop a process for easier signup, then streamline it further.
