I'm excited to mentor participants transitioning to an Engineering Manager Role through this Circle. I've been through this process myself, going from staff engineer to Engineering Manager and managing multiple teams. I've also mentored other engineers on the same path. My experiences have given me a unique perspective and I'm looking forward to sharing my knowledge with the participants. I'm excited to see their transformation and help them take the next step in their career.

Circle Description

This transition Circle will provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with transitioning from a technical role into engineering management. Through demonstrations and practical activities, participants will learn how to effectively manage an engineering team. At the end of the Circle, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage an engineering team.
