My name is Sanjay Pais, I am a Director, Software Development at 360Insights. (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sanjaypais/) I have been in a leadership position for the last 15 years at different organizations and have experienced managing expectations at both a new role in an organization as well as a progression into a new role within an organization. I have experienced a variety of situations ranging from rapidly scaling teams, building and reaching a level of capability / maturity as well as mentoring and grooming future leaders within the team. I have also very effectively managed to turn around both struggling teams as well as struggling projects. In this circle, I am hoping to share some of my experiences as well as use this opportunity to learn from your experiences around being successful in your new promotion!
