We all feel it - imposter syndrome. We all ask - How do I get “there”, how did I get “here”, and where do I go from “here”? Navigating your career and constantly questioning if you belong often go hand and hand - but they don’t have to. I certainly don’t have all the answers but I have been in the trenches for a long time; sometimes successfully and sometimes in glorious failure - so let’s talk about how we can be great leaders, incredible individual contributors all while we walk the tight rope of our career paths.
