Circle Description

A series of 4 weekly meetups to allow senior engineers to support each other by sharing obstacles and successes, and create a community during the challenging times we're living in. Main topics include: (1) External communications and representing your team's work to other parts of the company, leadership, and the outside world, (2) Internal communication and leadership, helping your team succeed, improving the folks around you, (3) Your head and your heart, growing as a technologist, nurturing your intrinsic motivation, and (4) Some computing fundamentals, things that are new to many experienced practitioners: Little's Law; impossibility results and their popular misinterpretations; and SPQR. Led by Keith Adams, former Chief Architect at Slack.
