Circle Description

In this Circle, open to all backgrounds, you will discuss the definition of what a "boundary" is, learn the differences in boundaries, understand the extremes of boundaries, and become aware to how the BIPOC community is affected by boundary setting. You can also expect to walk away from this Circle learning how your personal values can help you in setting and maintaining your work boundaries, and share empathy with others in your Circle on how they best use boundaries for their own health. This Circle is hosted by Plato's very own Janelby Ramirez (Talent Coach Team Lead) and Sarah Grausz (Talent Growth Architect). They introduce themselves below: Janelby Ramirez Talent Coach Team Lead, Plato I am a community management and personal development specialist with a track record in thought leadership, human centered innovation, and delivering change programs across complex organizations. I coach clients through roadblocks, and support them in strategizing new processes to get them where they want to be. I have lived and worked in over 10 different countries, with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. I love to cook, explore new places, and am having a great time learning German! Sarah Grausz Talent Growth Architect, Plato I am an organizational behavior and change management specialist. I design participative approaches to solve complex challenges at all levels of system, from the macro to the individual. I am also a certified coach helping leaders step into their most authentic selves in all aspects of life. I've worked in 25-plus countries, from Albania to Zambia. I recently joined Plato, where I design evidence-based approaches to enable successful mentee talent growth.
