I founded Gusto at the only technical co-founder and scaled to lead an inclusive, high-performing, and values-driven engineering team of about 250. Over the past 8 years, I've made many mistakes and learned many lessons that I'm happy to share so you don't have to make all of them yourself. This Circle is particularly for technical founders who now has management responsibility of a scaling engineering team!
