Hi Community, I will share my personal experiences at Impira/Reddit/Microsoft in managing teams/organizations of 15-75 employees. We will cover topics like measuring/setting goals, hiring (what is the right composition?), growing/coaching new leaders in your organization, and setting up engineering career ladders. This circle is specifically for engineering leaders (VPs/Directors of Engineering, Engineering Managers).
