Hi folks - my name is Nancy Wang, and I'm the Founder & CEO of Advancing Women in Product - a global tech community made up of rising women and minority tech leaders. We provide peer mentoring services, as well as skills-based workshops to help our members advance in their careers from being ICs / experienced professionals to move to the executive ranks in tech. By day, I lead product management and engineering teams for a business line at Amazon Web Services called AWS Backup. I'm excited to meet all of you and to share with you lessons I learned along the way in my journey, as a woman of color, an immigrant, and women in tech.
