Hey there! I'm Sophia Broomfield, during my 25 years of product management, I have created the vision for new markets, and helped grow companies from 0 to 100M+ in revenue. What lights me up the most, however, is coaching and mentoring product managers to become more successful in their careers. I am a trained Co-active Leadership Coach who helps Product Managers step into their Power as Product and People leaders. With my coaching, product managers enhance their soft skills to become better customer advocates, executive partners, organizational influencers, team leaders and product visionaries.
