My name is Eunchang and I lead the Engineering teams that work on Data Platform / Messaging at Sendbird. I’ve been here almost a year now and have been working on the challenges around figuring out the right balance between building things that matters to our customers while making sure that we invest on tech debt that enables us to move fast on building those out.
