I have 15+ years of experience working with different kinds of companies in different countries. My experience working with people from different cultural, the educational background has thought me that diversity and inclusion are extremely important to build a working culture that fosters a new way of thinking, bringing different perspectives to the fore & propels innovation. Diversity is not just about race or gender. It also includes things like immigrant status, educational qualification, and many other things. Let's get together and share experiences & stories on how we can create a work culture that not only benefits from diversity and inclusion but also act as a catalyst to promote these virtues.
