Lei is Director of Engineering (Growth) at Tinder, where he oversees and supports growth engineering teams, including Revenue, User Growth, and International Growth. Prior to joining Tinder, Lei was Engineering Manager at Airbnb, where he was responsible for building out the Information Ecosystem team to help Airbnb become the one-stop shop for travel where one doesn't need to look elsewhere for inspiration or get the information needed for planning trips. Previously at Airbnb, he led several Growth engineering teams in Guest Growth with a focus on areas like SEO and Growth Platform. Prior to Airbnb, Lei was an engineer and tech lead at Facebook, where he worked on various Growth related initiatives and projects, such as Internet.org.
