Circle Description

This Circle will provide first-time VP Eng and CTOs in a new organization with the tips and tricks for successful onboarding. It will identify potential pitfalls, discuss best practices and create a plan for successful onboarding. At the end of the Circle, participants will have a better understanding of the onboarding process, and the confidence to tackle it confidently.
