My name is Nidhi Gupta. I am a POC (Indian), Woman in tech, Engineer and a first generation immigrant. With each of these checkboxes, professionally, I have always felt that I was an anomaly in a world that did not look like me. I've overcome a lot of biases to get to where I am today. I'm happy to share some of those experiences and help you navigate through some of yours, in order for you to succeed in your careers.
