Hey there! I'm Jeffrey Wescott, Director of Engineering at Splunk. Leading people to build great things is what gets me excited. I have focused most of my career in both early- and late-stage startups. I have grown teams from first hire up to ~50 people, and have also inherited and optimized existing teams. I started my career as a software engineer, and tend to stay abreast of current technology trends, but my true joy lies in leading teams, and in helping each individual on said teams live up to her potential.
