Director of Product Analytics at Dropbox
I lead the Product Analytics org at Dropbox. Over my 15 year career, I have been fortunate to work in all roles within the Data org ; from data engineering to machine learning ; and in startups as well as FANG companies. Over these years, I have focussed on enabling the product to manifest their product visions into reality. I have partnered with the product and eng org to answer the most impactful questions at each stage of the lifecycle of a product - What do we build, what constitutes a MVP, how do we personalize the product, how to we onboard and engage our users, how do we monetize our product ? In this session, I will talk about what makes an ideal PM - DS partnership and it's evolution as the company and product evolve.
