Managing up (for Directors & Senior EMs)

Circle Description

Being able to manage relationships with the leaders above you (VPs, C-level leaders, etc.) is critical for any Director of Engineering or Senior Engineering Managers. This circle will provide a space to get advice, discuss your paint points, and learn from others. More about the circle leader: My name is Neetika and I currently lead the Money Movement org in the Payments group at Stripe. Previously, I have tech led and managed teams at Google where I worked for 4 years on a bunch of exciting products. I have been lucky to have had great managers who carved out opportunities for me and guided and supported me. With joining Plato, I hope to share some my learnings and also learn from others.
