Leading product and engineering teams through technical change can be challenging as you guide people through process and technology. I've led teams through multiple engineering changes from re-designs, re-platforms, complete rebuilds, to cloud migrations. I currently work with large enterprise and digital native companies to support strategic cloud adoption at Google. Change can be hard, but it is continuous and allows us to grow.
