Leading engineering teams in remote organizations

Circle Description

I'm a Senior Engineering Manager at GitHub and was previously at InVision — two of the world's largest remote companies — and have been working remotely full-time for the past 4+ years. Throughout this circle, I'd like to share my experience building and scaling engineering teams in distributed organizations, and demonstrate that fostering a strong engineering culture in a remote environment is possible.
