I have been mentoring individuals on how to influence as an individual contributor for over a decade. My experience includes working in various organizational settings and different industries, dealing with different types of challenges. Through these years, I have developed a deep understanding of how to effectively influence when you are not in a formal leadership position. I am excited to share my wisdom and experience with the participants of this Circle, through interactive sessions and engaging activities.

Circle Description

In this four-session Circle, I will provide valuable insights on how to influence as an individual contributor (IC). Participants will gain a better understanding of how to navigate complex organizational dynamics and increase their impact in their current role. They will also learn the fundamentals of effective communication and negotiation and how to build relationships for success.
