An introductary session, focused on identifying eachother's goals, along with any potential blockers to achieving those goals in the time we have together. 

We'll begin discussions around these themes, along with topics such as:

* Increasing influence through learning about how other areas of the organisation operate, without stepping on toes
* Bringing the 'old guard' on the journey of an organisation navigating change, as a peer
* Understanding the drivers, failure modes, and goals of our leaders to shortcut technical and strategic negotiations, keeping everyone happy!
