Identifying and Managing Imposter Syndrome

My journey to becoming Head of engineering has taken many twists and turns over the past 10 - 15 years. Some of them sideways, some forward and on occasion I even went backwards. I’ve battled with self doubt many times from managing my first engineering team to presenting to 700 people. I’ve shied away from roles and outright rejected others all thanks to my imposter. I have struggled, I have failed but ultimately I have learned. In this circle I will share some of my experiences, my views on imposter syndrome and techniques that have helped me deal with it.
