In this circle, we'll discuss how a first-time engineering manager can gain trust of the engineers that report to him/her, how to better manage your time and how to have cross-functional influence. About the circle leader: I am excited to give back and to learn from others. Currently, I am Leading engineers to build a highly scalable and flexible Offer Management Platform (critical backend services, orchestration and related tooling) for Promotions, Campaigns, Pricing, Paywalls, Discounts and Redemptions for Disney+ and ESPN+ worldwide. We are a part of Growth Engineering and our work directly impacts user acquisition and retention for Disney+ and ESPN+. Prior to Disney Streaming I was running a startup in beauty e-commerce space. And prior to my startup I was on Growth Eng team at Netflix.
