How to optimize your job hunting process and find the perfect role

I'm a venture-backed Founder and Senior Product Manager. Over the last 8 years, I’ve been perfecting a job-hunting framework that has helped many people, including myself, get a meaningful new job. The goals of the framework: • Help the person find a job that they’re passionate about ASAP • Help the person deal with the psychological toll that comes with job hunting by (a) protecting morale; (b) increase confidence; (c) optimize momentum • The support I’m providing is to also hold the person accountable in executing on the job hunt work The framework can be summarized into the following value propositions: • Help the person build a mental model of what companies inspire them and get them excited about what they’re working on. • Connect the person with a rich database of companies that are currently hiring during the COVID climate • Help the person leverage their LinkedIn network to optimize their warm introductions to companies they are passionate about • Help the person run an efficient process in keeping track of job application, warm intros, and interview rounds across all the companies they are engaging with
