More about the workshop leader: I am a servant leader who strongly believes in pushing leadership all the way down in my teams by creating leaders at every level. I accomplish this by building diverse and inclusive work environments where the teams have autonomy and skills to strategically and tactically execute on the roadmap. My objective is to make my teams motivated and valued. If I can evolve my teams to the point where they no longer need me, I would consider that as my biggest achievement. I am passionate about building highly scalable, performant, fault-tolerant and available web apps and services.
