How to build trust with non-engineer leaders

I'm the head of engineering at Replica, where I lead the engineering effort to build a scalable data solution to provide movement insights. Prior to Replica, I was at Lyft's self driving division, Uber, Twitter, and cofounded my own startups in the commodity trading industry. In this Circle, I'd like to discuss with you how to build trust with non-engineer leaders. Specifically, we will cover potential biases and assumptions we have about engineering leadership and non-engineering leadership, and how to build trust through work and form a close partnership with your non-technical counterparts.
