Hey there! I'm Veena Basavaraj, Senior Director of Engineering at WeWork. I'm currently leading a team of 70+ engineers in Wework technology, based in SF and NY. I'm day to day involved in driving key business goals and KPIs for Wework tech , working across sales, marketing and business stakeholders and product/design teams. Hiring and empowering teams growth and career aspirations keeps me on my toes !! These past few couple of years have been pretty stressful for a lot of us, and distributed work can add another level of anxiety.
