Hey there! I'm Aaron Crow, Vice President of Engineering with a history of building strong, diverse engineering teams. I've been a hands-on engineer since 1996. I've served as a manager since 2007. I've had the pleasure of working alongside exceptional engineers and colleagues in my career. I’ve helped recruit, build, and manage high-impact teams of professional developers, including remote and international teammates. I've worked at companies of all sizes, with an emphasis on small fast-moving tech startups. I'm inspired and honored to be a mentor to great engineers, from junior to senior.
