I'm a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in software engineering leadership, both as an individual contributor and in management. Over the last 8 years, I have led engineering at two late-stage pre-IPO enterprise SaaS companies, responsible for over 150-person organizations. I have developed numerous leaders into executive roles and have evolved multiple engineering teams from SMB to enterprise grade in terms of both reliability and scale. I also have a strong emphasis on values and culture, including championing high impact DEIB initiatives at multiple companies. I have a PhD in Computation and Neural Systems from Caltech and an academic background that informs a leadership approach grounded in rigor and integrity.
