Circle Description

I am CTO at Lambda School and prior to that, I have worked in senior executive roles in companies like Coinbcase, Facebook, Paypal, Microsoft, and various startups. I came from a diverse background, faced many challenges as one of the few women in tech in leadership roles, lack of professional mentorship, and more. I charted my own path and grew from Individual contributor to manager to director to VP and now a C-level executive. I am excited to help the community by providing mentorship to the people who need guidance to grow in their career and helping with potential solutions to any challenges you are facing due to your diverse or URM background, based on my own path and also as a senior engineering leader.
