Getting Apprenticeship Programs started at your companies

Hi! I'm an Eng Director at Asana, where I've worked for many years. I worked with Rachel Miller and other engineering leaders to advocate for, develop, and scale Asana's apprenticeship program, AsanaUP, which has been instrumental in increasing representation at our company. I'm probably more useful in discussing how to develop these programs at your current companies, rather than how to find and get these positions, but happy to take the conversation where y'all need it to go. I can cover everything Asana's learned about sourcing, interviewing for, mentoring, and continued career growth for our apprentices.
