Circle Description

This circle is a space for engineering managers to learn how they can build trust and legitimacy when they're leading a team. More about the circle leader: Hi there — I’m Nandini Javagal, Engineering Manager at Facebook. I love building strong teams that deliver products/services that keep our customers coming back for more. My experience spans 20 years, spanning the whole software development life cycle (including Sustaining), Performance, and Security.
