Establishing an Engineering Career Ladder

First Session:

Hosted by Stacie Frederick

CPO at Stanza Systems

With over 30 years of experience in large and small companies, I have seen what happens when a career ladders works or doesn't work. I have created the first career ladder for my last 3 teams and have mentored numerous leaders about the topic. Over the years I've created a good model for the different roles and levels and how they progress through the ladder. I'm excited to share my experience and knowledge with the participants of this Circle and help them create rewarding career paths for their teams.
