Is it time to put an Engineering Career Ladder in place? Or the one you have needs a major revision? This Circle is for CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads or Directors of Engineering with 50-150 engineers looking to establish or ready to embark on a major revision of their Engineering Career Ladder. Through four online sessions, participants will learn the fundamentals of creating a sound career ladder that helps mangers and individual contributors reach better clarity on expectation for role and career development.
