Hi, I'm Namrata — the CTO at Lambda School. I deeply care about Diversity & Inclusion in Tech because being a an ambitious woman of color, i have grown from an engineer, to a tech lead, to an engineering leader, and now a C-suite executive. During my career growth journey, I have faced many challenges of unconscious bias, feeling imposter syndrome, receiving unsoliciated bad advice, being stereotyped due to my race or gender, and much more.. I am leading this workshop, to share the current state of diversity and inclusion in Tech to the broader community, and how we can collectively make a change for next generation.
