Hi! I'm Clara and I currently work at Airbnb leading our commercial & international teams. I also serve as a board member at SoFi. I've been lucky to spend time in my career as a designer, engineering manager, product manager, CPO and GM -- and my path has been anything but straightforward. I've learned a few tips along the way from great mentors and I'd love to pass them on to help you design your career. The frameworks we'll talk about apply anytime, whether you're just starting to think about your career or actively considering your next move.
