Hi everyone! This is Anant. I currently head up the Engineering, IT, Security and Ops functions at Netomi as VP of Engineering. Netomi is reimagining autonomous customer care using AI/ML. I have been working in the Software Technology space for over 20 years with 14 of those in management roles of increasing responsibility. Bulk of my experience came from working at Salesforce.com and Birst. In this Circle, I'd like to tackle how to decide between people management and technical leadership.
