Hi, I am Limor. I have been working in the tech industry for over 20 years as a software engineer, engineering manager, and Director of engineering. I know firsthand what it is like being a woman in a male-dominated field. After spending nine years living in the US, I returned to my home country and decided to focus on my passion for supporting women's career growth in tech. I mentored women for over five years and created a mentorship program for women and underrepresented groups with PowerToFly. Six months ago, I started a coaching certification program, and I am beginning to coach very soon. Getting to the next level in your career does not just happen. You need to plan for it and execute it deliberately. In this circle, we will talk about how to build and execute your career plan for leadership. Some topics we will cover in this circle (It is up to what you will want to focus on. We cannot cover everything): - How do you think you could figure out what you want? (We will discuss some strategies for that.) - How to map your career vision into actionable steps - How to manage your manager and build your growth path with your current employer? - How to brand yourself as a leader in your own company and on LinkedIn? - Building your support group within and outside your company to rally for you and bring you up in times of crisis.
