Building the Product & Engineering Partnership

Circle Description

As the CTO for ezCater, responsible for both engineering and product, I'd like to share advice on the elements that are needed for these functions to form a healthy partnership. I can share the pros and cons of various models and help managers, leaders and senior ICs understand how to best work within each model to optimize value to the customer.
