I am a high school drop out who worked at Apple, Nest, and Google. At Nest I built out the e-commerce team from one contractor to 50 full time engineers. Will cover how to discover talent both from both your existing network and through services like LinkedIn. Will also talk about interview techniques and best practices to avoid bias while also identifying promising talent that others miss.
