Hi! My name is Ellen, and I love building happy and productive teams! As an Engineering Leader, I've led various engineering teams to deliver products in data, machine learning, and mobile. As a Women in Technology, I often found myself to be the only minority in the room, and I am happy to share my experiences and strategies navigating that as well. In this circle, we will talk about the art of building high performing teams. How to get a team of people with different personalities, skills towards one goal, and most importantly, have fun while doing it :)
