Building a Great Team Culture

Circle Description

I was a founding member of Google Photos and was responsible for the client apps. I believe the culture of the Photos team was a major contributor to the success of the product. Since then I've gotten the opportunity to build several more teams, each time validating and refining these ideas about culture. Team culture is one of my favorite mentorship topics because it contributes so much to product success and people's happiness.
